- • As a Workday Senior Analyst at M&T Bank, you will serve as a lead consultant and subject matter expert in implementing and configuring Workday solutions for Centers of Excellence partners, ensuring alignment with business needs across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent/Performance modules.
- • Day to day, you will engage with HR and business clients to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, design and test configurations, mentor junior staff, coordinate testing for large multi-module projects, and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk standards while promoting a culture of engagement and belonging.
- • You will join a team of analysts within M&T Bank’s Centers of Excellence, collaborating with technology and business teams to deliver innovative Workday solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives, acquisitions, and system enhancements across a large organization of 10K+ employees.
- • In this role, you will deepen your Workday expertise, develop leadership and mentoring capabilities, gain experience in large-scale technical project management, and enhance your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
