📋 Description

• As a Consultant SAP HCM (m/w/d) at Mindsquare AG, you will play a key role in delivering impactful SAP HCM solutions for clients across industries, contributing to sustainable HR digital transformation through expert consulting and implementation support.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client needs, conceptualizing and implementing SAP HCM requirements, leading workshops, developing functional and technical concepts, and advising clients on equal footing during early project phases such as analysis, conception, and preparation.
• You will work closely with the department head and experienced Managing Consultants in the SAP HR environment, benefiting from short decision-making paths, high autonomy, and a strong network of SAP specialists across disciplines who provide continuous knowledge exchange and sparring.
• In this role, you can deepen your SAP HCM expertise through diverse, cross-industry projects, grow professionally via personalized mentorship and regular development discussions, and achieve meaningful impact by shaping sustainable HR solutions while advancing your career in a supportive, goal-oriented environment.
