📋 Description
- • As a Consultant in BRG’s Integrated Health Solutions practice, you will lead supply chain workstreams that directly impact healthcare providers’ operational efficiency, cost containment, and patient outcomes—playing a pivotal role in transforming how hospitals and health systems manage procurement, inventory, and logistics in high-stakes clinical environments.
- • You will lead end-to-end supply chain engagements, including designing and executing process improvements in purchased services, clinical supplies, inventory management, and distribution systems, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring deliverables meet rigorous quality and client satisfaction standards.
- • You will partner with clinical leaders, physicians, and department heads to align supply chain strategy with clinical workflows, patient safety goals, and financial objectives, using LEAN principles and data-driven analysis to drive sustainable change.
- • You will develop and implement performance metrics tied to inventory turns, cost savings, process efficiency, and staff productivity, leveraging technology solutions (e.g., materials management systems, point-of-use tech, e-commerce platforms) to optimize workflows across acute care, procedural, and nursing units.
- • You will design, communicate, and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and goals, while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and staff development through training, feedback, and strategic vision-setting.
- • You will contribute to BRG’s reputation as a trusted advisor by conducting industry research, expanding client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives that grow the firm’s healthcare supply chain practice.
- • BRG’s IHS practice brings together former healthcare executives, clinicians, and operators who deliver advisory services grounded in real-world operational experience—offering you a platform to work alongside industry leaders shaping the future of healthcare delivery.
- • The firm’s culture emphasizes agility, interdisciplinary collaboration, and purpose-driven innovation, giving you exposure to diverse perspectives from academics, data scientists, and seasoned consultants tackling complex healthcare challenges.
- • You will gain deep expertise in healthcare supply chain transformation, including procurement-to-pay processes, inventory optimization, change management, and technology integration—skills that are highly transferable and in demand across the healthcare and consulting industries.
- • This role accelerates your career trajectory toward senior consulting, project leadership, or operational excellence roles within BRG or the broader healthcare advisory market, with clear pathways for advancement based on impact and results.
🎯 Requirements
