  • • Serve as a Technical Consultant within Veeva Systems’ Professional Services team, delivering application consulting for Veeva Commercial and R&D Cloud products to life sciences customers.
  • • Collaborate with regional and global service teams to design, build, and implement technical solutions, including system integrations, that enable successful customer implementations.
  • • Act as a subject matter expert on Veeva’s cloud-based software solutions, providing guidance on configuration, customization, and best practices during project execution and post-go-live phases.
  • • Work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements aligned with Veeva’s industry-specific cloud platforms.
  • • Participate in end-to-end implementation cycles, from discovery and planning through deployment and optimization, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and Veeva standards.
  • • Support customers in leveraging Veeva’s cloud systems to streamline regulatory compliance, data management, and commercial operations within the life sciences sector.
  • • Engage in ongoing learning to deepen expertise in cloud system management, Veeva product updates, and evolving life sciences industry workflows.
  • • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the consulting team by documenting solutions, creating technical guides, and mentoring junior consultants.
  • • Maintain alignment with Veeva’s core values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed, ensuring ethical and customer-centric delivery in all engagements.
  • • Travel may be required to support on-site client engagements across China and potentially internationally, depending on project needs.
  • • Participate in internal training programs to stay current with Veeva’s expanding product portfolio and evolving cloud architecture.
  • • Ensure all deliverables adhere to Veeva’s quality and compliance standards, particularly in regulated life sciences environments.
  • • Support post-implementation activities including issue resolution, performance tuning, and customer success follow-ups to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • • Work within agile project frameworks to deliver iterative solutions and maintain transparent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • • Represent Veeva professionally in client interactions, demonstrating technical proficiency and commitment to transforming the life sciences industry through technology.
