• As the primary point of contact for prospective clients, you will leverage sophisticated consultative sales techniques to not only educate and inform but also to successfully close sales for our comprehensive range of paternity and relationship DNA testing services.
• This role is designed for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment and possesses an unwavering passion for delivering exceptional customer service while consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
• You will have a profound impact on customers' lives by guiding them through critical, often emotionally charged decisions with the utmost professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
• This is a unique opportunity to build a successful career from home, following a structured 90-day in-office training period, during which you will master our products, sales methodologies, and customer service standards, and upon successful completion and achievement of required performance metrics.
• Your daily responsibilities will involve expertly managing a high volume of 30-40 inbound calls, requiring exceptional active listening skills to thoroughly understand and meticulously document customer details and inquiries.
• You will be adept at quickly grasping and analyzing diverse customer needs, translating them into logical and effective solutions tailored to their specific circumstances.
• A key aspect of your role will be to clearly and professionally articulate the value and intricacies of Eurofins' DNA testing products and services through various communication channels, including phone, email, text messaging, and chat.
• You will master and apply consultative sales techniques to effectively address customer concerns, overcome objections, and confidently guide prospects towards making a purchase decision.
• Maintaining an exceptionally high level of professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity is paramount, especially when handling confidential, personal, or emotionally charged inquiries.
• You will be driven to achieve and consistently surpass key performance indicators, including Closing Ratios, Revenue Per Call, and Calls Per Day, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.
• When faced with customer needs that extend beyond your immediate knowledge base or require specialized expertise, you will efficiently and effectively escalate these inquiries to appropriate leadership or support teams.
• A proactive approach to research is essential; you will utilize all available internal resources and tools to gather the necessary information to address customer questions comprehensively.
• Continuous professional development is encouraged and expected; you will actively participate in all scheduled training sessions and coaching opportunities to enhance your product knowledge, sales acumen, and communication skills.
• Seamlessly integrate information capture into your workflow by accurately documenting customer details and interaction outcomes within our application while actively engaged in a call.
• Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to learn by mastering other essential database and communication software platforms as required for the role.
• Adhere strictly to all Eurofins procedures and guidelines, ensuring that our services are presented and offered in a manner that consistently reflects our core mission and vision statements, upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer care.
• Undertake other duties as assigned or that become evident, contributing to the overall success and smooth operation of the sales team and the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably with a consultative approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer needs and concerns.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools; comfortable learning new technologies.
