- • As a Consulting Services Account Manager at Epicor Software Corporation, you will own and grow consulting services relationships within a portfolio of existing retail customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all services engagements and driving long-term customer success through strategic account management and proactive opportunity identification.
- • You will manage day-to-day account activities for assigned retail consulting services accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, identify and drive renewals, extensions, and add-on engagements, lead services scoping and proposal development in partnership with Sales and Consulting Delivery teams, contribute to consulting services revenue targets by maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecast, manage client expectations and handle escalations professionally to ensure high satisfaction, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs, successful delivery, and ongoing value realization for retail customers.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success in client-facing, consulting services, or account management roles
- • Experience with Epicor Eagle or Propello platforms is highly preferred
- • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
