📋 Description

• The Consulting Services Team Lead, Tax guides a functional team and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality onboarding and post-production cases and projects, serving as the primary escalation point for issues by applying deep OSV service and system knowledge to enhance service consulting and delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Day to day, the role involves assisting the team with training and process updates, coordinating project deliverables, mentoring team members, managing performance, reviewing and suggesting improvements to services onboarding methodology, administering yearly goal setting and performance reviews, leading process improvement efforts, and participating in projects as a Service Consultant to support teams and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Four or more years of progressive experience in tax consulting, tax operations, or a related advisory role, with proven success in complex engagements
• Expertise with Workday or other HRIS platform
• Mentoring or leadership experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
