- • Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst role focused on delivering high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth, providing remote coaching and supervision to Behavior Technicians, and developing individualized behavior plans using assent-based practices.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading virtual family training sessions, maintaining clinical quality through data-driven decision-making, and supporting in-home teams using Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment in natural environments.

🎯 Requirements
- • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- • Experience delivering ABA therapy and providing clinical supervision
- • Ability to conduct remote supervision, programming, and documentation using telehealth platforms
- • Skill in developing and implementing assent-based, individualized behavior plans
- • Experience leading virtual family training sessions to reinforce behavioral strategies
- • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and progress monitoring

- • Base salary of $80,000–$95,000 with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities averaging $1,000/month
