📋 Description

• • Customer Success Manager role focused on driving customer activation, retention, and growth across Sitemate’s portfolio in the built world industries, serving as the trusted day-to-day partner post-sale to guide onboarding, ensure value realization, and embed products into real-world workflows.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning a portfolio of SMB customers, running onboarding and activation, prescribing best-practice workflows, driving adoption through proactive check-ins, monitoring account health, identifying growth opportunities, acting as the internal voice of the customer, and maintaining organization through recap emails and follow-up tracking in Salesforce.
