  • You will lead the design and implementation of automation strategies across various business functions, including sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.   • A significant part of your responsibility will involve optimizing the client's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will ensure the CRM effectively supports sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, and customer support initiatives.
  • You will be a key advisor to the client on the practical application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within their business context. This means exploring how AI can augment CRM capabilities, personalize customer interactions, predict customer behavior, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. The focus will be on tangible, implementable AI solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Your responsibilities will extend to managing the end-to-end implementation of CRM and automation projects. This includes defining project scope, developing project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring successful deployment and integration of new systems and processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM implementation, administration, and optimization, with a strong understanding of leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing marketing and sales automation strategies and workflows using relevant tools.
  • Solid understanding of business process analysis, workflow mapping, and identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and their practical application in business, particularly in CRM and customer engagement contexts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
