• • As a Consumer Information Support Representative at First Quality Enterprises, Inc., you will serve as the primary point of contact for consumers and distributors, handling inquiries and concerns via phone, email, letters, and social media to ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic resolution of issues while upholding the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include responding to consumer contacts with professionalism and speed, assessing the validity of concerns, escalating complex or sensitive issues to supervisors when necessary, documenting all interactions in the consumer information database, and generating reports using Excel to track trends and share insights with Marketing, QA, Manufacturing, and Product Development teams.
