📋 Description

• As a Product Counsel at WellTech Limited, you will serve as a key legal partner to Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams, ensuring that product development and feature launches comply with consumer protection, IP, and regulatory standards across global markets.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include advising on legal matters related to product development and user experience—such as auto-renewals, dark patterns, advertising law, and platform-specific requirements (Apple, Google)—reviewing sign-up and cancellation flows, upsells, monetization models, and content use, while monitoring evolving global regulations like FTC, DSA, ROSCA, GPSR, and UK DMCCA to translate them into actionable compliance strategies.
• You will collaborate with Privacy, IP, and commercial legal teams to shape and scale legal processes, templates, and risk frameworks, identifying and mitigating legal risks early in the product lifecycle to enable responsible innovation.
