  • • As a Contact Center Account Executive for Mid-Market Expansion at RingCentral, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth within a defined territory, focusing on acquiring new logos for our cutting-edge contact center solutions and expanding our footprint within the existing RingCentral customer base.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, re-engaging past prospects and nurturing existing accounts by uncovering new contact center use cases and demonstrating the strategic value of our AI-powered solutions.
  • • You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, effectively communicating and demonstrating the comprehensive value of RingCentral’s Contact Center portfolio, which includes advanced Workforce Optimization, AI-driven capabilities, and robust omnichannel features, to senior-level stakeholders and IT decision-makers.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve educating and evangelizing RingCentral’s contact center offerings, working closely with internal RingCentral Sales teams to increase mindshare, provide essential enablement, and actively support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and executing winning strategies, including detailed Territory, Account, and Opportunity Plans, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales Engineers (SEs), Channel Managers, Professional Services, and Marketing.
  • • Crafting tailored solutions that precisely align RingCentral’s offerings—encompassing Contact Center, RingCX, and Unified Communications solutions—to specific customer challenges and evolving business requirements will be a core responsibility.
  • • Acting as a dedicated customer advocate, you will champion customer needs internally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term, strategic partnerships.
  • • You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial pipeline creation and progression through to successful deal closure, by diligently utilizing the established RingCentral sales process.
  • • Precision in forecasting is critical; you will own your GTM plan, meticulously manage pipeline and funnel health, and consistently meet or exceed your sales quota.
  • • Leveraging the channel effectively is also part of the strategy, requiring you to partner with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and strategic alliances to broaden reach and accelerate deal velocity, particularly within existing customer accounts.

  • • You will engage with both technical and business stakeholders, building rapport and trust to understand their strategic objectives and pain points.
  • • The ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
  • • You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of deals through the sales funnel.
  • • Collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, product, and support, will be crucial to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful solution delivery.
