- • The Contact Center Specialist serves as the first point of contact for patients seeking behavioral health services at Centerstone, playing a vital role in connecting individuals and families to appropriate care and support.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering compassionate, respectful customer service; scheduling appointments; conducting crisis screenings; verifying insurance; managing referrals in Salesforce; documenting interactions in CRM/EMR systems; and meeting KPIs and quality standards while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
