• • The Content Creator role at Scale Army Careers supports a U.S.-based design-forward jewelry brand by producing high-quality, platform-optimized content for social media and marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating short-form video and static assets, repurposing existing footage into multiple content pieces, editing for pacing and storytelling, optimizing content based on platform trends and performance data, and collaborating with internal creative and marketing teams to execute campaigns and product launches.
• • The company is a remote-first organization serving U.S. clients, requiring alignment with U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST), and partners with a visually driven jewelry brand focused on scaling content output while maintaining a premium, cohesive brand identity.
