📋 Description

• The Content Creator role at Scale Army supports U.S.-based clients by producing engaging AI-powered video content and managing social media platforms to grow online presence and brand visibility.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include creating videos using AI tools, editing video content with captions and graphics, managing publishing across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, engaging with audiences, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategy.
• The team operates fully remotely with alignment to U.S. EST business hours, serving clients in North America while leveraging global talent from LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
• The person in this role will develop expertise in AI-driven content creation, social media analytics, audience growth strategies, and cross-platform video production, directly influencing brand engagement and digital reach.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in content creation with a focus on video production and social media management
• Experience creating video content using AI-powered tools
• Proficiency with video editing software and adding captions, graphics, and text overlays
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms and their best practices
• Ability to monitor content performance using analytics platforms and deliver actionable insights
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and community management skills
