📋 Description

• • As a Content Engineer at dash0 GmbH, you will own the documentation platform and elevate the company's technical documentation to a product-level standard, ensuring it is clear, scalable, and deeply integrated with engineering workflows.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining documentation infrastructure, creating AI-assisted documentation workflows, writing and updating product documentation (such as API references and tutorials), designing information architecture for discoverability, establishing documentation standards, and collaborating with engineering and product marketing teams to align content with product releases and customer needs.
• • You will be part of the Product Marketing & Developer Relations team at dash0, an OpenTelemetry-native observability platform backed by top-tier investors, focused on eliminating vendor lock-in and delivering transparent, developer-friendly tooling with built-in cost control.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in docs-as-code practices, AI-augmented content pipelines, technical information architecture, and cross-functional collaboration between engineering and marketing, while contributing to a high-growth startup shaping the future of observability.
