- • Lead and mentor a team focused on onboarding new suppliers while staying hands-on as an individual contributor in a hybrid leadership role.
- • Own the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, from initial engagement through activation, ensuring high-quality content and seamless platform integrations.
- • Partner with technical, product, operations, and commercial teams to improve onboarding workflows, resolve issues, and scale supply inventory.
- • Drive performance against KPIs such as time to launch and activation, analyze supplier data, and leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve outcomes.
