📋 Description
- • Create high-quality written content for media, blogs, and brand platforms including articles, PR materials, expert columns, brand messaging, trust & safety content, and reputation-focused web pages.
- • Develop content designed to rank in top Google search results by addressing real user queries and building brand credibility around sensitive topics like senior dating, scam prevention, moderation, and verification.
- • Analyze competitor content in top 20 search results to evaluate structure, length, headlines, tone of voice, and SEO elements, then produce superior, data-informed content.
- • Craft content focused on themes of safety, trust, relationships after 50, dating scam prevention, platform moderation, and user experience for an audience aged 50+.
- • Collaborate on SMM content planning: generate post ideas, video scripts, hooks for first seconds of Reels, and cliffhangers to maximize engagement on social platforms.
- • Develop creative, mature, and persuasive communication strategies that differentiate the brand in the dating app niche and resonate with an older demographic.
- • Conduct research, collect data, test content variations, analyze performance metrics, and continuously optimize content for traffic, trust, brand awareness, and conversion.
- • Work cross-functionally with SEO, SMM, PR, and product teams to align content strategy with broader business goals and user needs.
- • Write clearly, vividly, and without jargon on complex or sensitive subjects, ensuring accessibility and emotional resonance with the target audience.
- • Experiment with AI tools in content production to enhance efficiency, creativity, and scalability while maintaining brand voice and quality standards.
- • Build and maintain the brand’s reputation across media, social channels, and review platforms by ensuring consistent, trustworthy, and authoritative messaging.
- • Translate brand mission into compelling narratives that challenge stereotypes about online dating for mature users and position the product as a safe, reliable, and empowering space.
- • Own the end-to-end content lifecycle—from ideation and research to publication and performance analysis—without waiting for assigned tasks.
- • Stay updated on emerging trends in ORM/SERM, AI-search, AEO/GEO, and short-form video content to inform content strategy and innovation.
- • Produce and adapt content for short-form video formats including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with attention to hooks, pacing, and emotional triggers.
- • Ensure all content aligns with international standards and is written for a global audience, with a strong emphasis on English-language proficiency and cultural nuance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in content marketing, PR, SEO/SMM content, or brand communications
- • Native or near-native proficiency in English with ability to write for an international audience
- • Demonstrated ability to create content for specific goals: traffic, trust, brand awareness, reputation, engagement, conversion
- • High level of ownership: proactive ideation, testing, and execution from concept to publication
- • Strong writing skills for complex or sensitive topics with clarity, empathy, and no corporate jargon
- • Creativity in developing SMM formats: hooks, video scripts, storytelling, emotional triggers, cliffhangers
