- • As a Content Manager (Tik-Tok) at Advertisement Strike Ltd, you will play a key role in scaling traffic and building technological infrastructure for DEVILS, the largest media buying company in Eastern Europe specializing in affiliate marketing, with over 1000 professionals and 15+ active projects.
- • You will create and publish content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts; track and analyze platform trends to transform them into high-performing video concepts; monitor account performance, publishing schedules, and engagement analytics; engage with audiences through comment responses and feedback tracking; collaborate with department leads to align content with strategy; and prepare weekly and monthly reports while participating in sync meetings with your team lead.
- • You will join a dynamic, data-driven team within DEVILS, which operates 11 autonomous departments with proprietary technical solutions, analytics systems, and a strong corporate culture focused on measurable results, technological advantage, and global scalability.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in short-form video content creation, trend forecasting, audience behavior analysis, and data-informed creativity; gain hands-on experience with internal CRM/ERP systems; and grow through company-funded training, feedback from market leaders, and rotation opportunities across 15+ projects without changing employers.
🎯 Requirements
- • Understanding of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts algorithms
- • Practical experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe, etc.
- • Deep knowledge of social media rules, format specifics, and audience behavior on each platform
- • Experience working with TikTok: editing, trends, captions, and organic growth
- • Analytical thinking — being creative while being data-oriented
- • High stress resistance, creativity, and excellent communication skills
- • Proficiency in Ukrainian language
