📋 Description
- • As a Founding Content Marketing Manager at Oscilar Inc., you will build the company's content engine from scratch across search, social, email, and brand to establish Oscilar as the most recognized name in AI risk decisioning.
- • You will publish multiple pieces of content weekly across formats and channels, own the editorial meeting and quarterly roadmap, source topics from exec insights and customer interactions, and maintain a consistent brand voice through reviewing and polishing content.
- • You will join a mission-driven team of industry veterans from Meta, Uber, Citi, and Confluent, working to make the digital world safer through advanced AI-powered fraud, credit, and compliance risk solutions.
- • You will develop expertise in AI-assisted content pipelines, executive thought leadership, brand building through innovative formats like video and podcasts, and distribution-first strategies that turn content into measurable brand impact and organic pipeline.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7+ years in B2B content, brand, or editorial roles
- • Comfortable across formats: long-form SEO, social, video scripts, newsletters, podcasts, ebooks, and more
- • Daily operator of Claude Cowork and Claude Code, or equivalent agentic AI tools
- • Proven ability to launch new channels from zero and understand the first 90 days of channel building
- • Portfolio demonstrating range across content formats, not just depth in one area
- • Experience building content pipelines powered by AI that turn one anchor asset into 30+ downstream pieces
