📋 Description

• As the Content Marketing Manager at Camunda, you will be the go-to person for every word the company puts into the world, operating at scale with AI tools and cross-functional collaboration to produce content that cuts through the crowded enterprise technology market and gets remembered.
• You will own Camunda's content from end to end—gathering context from across the business, producing work, keeping it organized, and ensuring it performs—while writing headlines, subject lines, and opening hooks that stop people mid-scroll and drive action.
• You will join a fully remote, global company transforming into an AI-first organization, trusted by over 700 organizations worldwide including 9 of the top 10 US banks, and recognized as a Visionary in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies.
• You will develop strategic expertise in translating complex enterprise technology concepts into clear, human, business-value-driven narratives for business leaders, while mastering SEO and AEO, content operations, and AI-augmented output to continuously raise the bar on content performance and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in a writing or copywriting role, ideally within enterprise B2B technology or SaaS environments
• BA in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Experience working in or alongside a marketing team in an enterprise SaaS or technology company
• Fluency with AI writing and productivity tools, and a genuine enthusiasm for using them to work faster and smarter at scale
• Strong SEO and AEO fundamentals, with hands-on experience optimizing content for both human readability and search/AI engine performance
• Based in the United States (highly preferred for this role)
