📋 Description

• A fast-growing, seed-funded startup in the AI-powered business communication space is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and drive content strategy for the US market.
• This is a pivotal, end-to-end role where you'll shape how thousands of SMEs discover, understand, and trust the product — defining the brand voice across every stage of the customer journey, from performance ads to organic content.
• You'll work autonomously alongside a lean, ambitious team in a high-ownership environment.
• This role is ideal for someone who is equally at home crafting conversion-focused copy and digging into performance data to iterate and improve.
• Own content marketing for the US market end-to-end, spanning the full customer journey.
• Define and maintain brand voice across performance ads, landing pages, organic content, and product messaging.
• Write and optimise website and landing page copy specifically for US audiences.
• Produce high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Script ad creatives for video platforms (e.g. YouTube) and paid social.
• Create and execute organic content strategies across relevant social platforms.
• Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, resonant content.
• Use user research, A/B testing, and performance insights to continuously improve messaging effectiveness.
• Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Growth Marketing.
• Proven background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment.
• Outstanding English writing skills tuned specifically for a US audience — native or C2 proficiency required.
