  • • As a Content & Marketing Operations Specialist at Abacum Technologies, you will serve as the operational backbone of the marketing team, bridging content creation and technical execution to fuel pipeline growth and brand visibility in the competitive B2B SaaS landscape. This hybrid role is critical to transforming strategic marketing initiatives into measurable outcomes by owning the end-to-end lifecycle of content and the systems that amplify its impact.
  • • You will manage the full content production lifecycle, including maintaining the editorial calendar, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external writers, and producing high-quality blog posts, case studies, competitive analyses, and email copy that align with brand voice and marketing goals. Your writing and editing skills will ensure clarity, consistency, and relevance across all customer-facing materials.
  • • You will execute SEO and AEO strategies by publishing optimized content, managing technical SEO updates, building internal links, and monitoring keyword rankings to improve organic visibility and drive sustainable traffic growth.
  • • You will build and maintain email nurture sequences, newsletters (such as Mostly Metrics), event promotions, and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot, ensuring timely, targeted, and personalized communication with prospects and customers.
  • • You will oversee content distribution across all channels — including social media, email, the website, and partner networks — to maximize reach and ensure no asset goes underutilized or unmeasured.
  • • You will own and update the Abacum marketing website built in Framer, publishing new pages, refining landing pages for campaigns, and collaborating with the design team to ensure a seamless, conversion-optimized user experience.
  • • You will manage marketing analytics using PostHog, Google Analytics 4, and HubSpot reporting, maintaining dashboards, pulling weekly data for demand reports, and translating metrics into actionable insights for the marketing and leadership teams.
  • • You will administer HubSpot operations, including lead routing, lead scoring, email workflows, form management, and CRM hygiene, ensuring every lead is properly tracked, nurtured, and handed off to sales with full context.
  • • You will maintain tracking and attribution integrity by managing server-side tracking via Stape, enforcing UTM conventions, and overseeing campaign tracking to enable accurate ROI measurement across all marketing initiatives.
  • • You will serve as the administrator for the marketing technology stack, including Framer, PostHog, HubSpot, Semrush, Screaming Frog, AirOps, and related tools, ensuring proper configuration, access, and functionality across platforms.
  • • You will thrive in a small, fast-moving, globally distributed team by bringing strong organizational skills, process orientation, and a proactive mindset to build scalable systems from the ground up.
  • • You will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing operations, gaining hands-on experience with modern marketing tech stacks, analytics platforms, and content distribution strategies while contributing directly to revenue-generating initiatives.
