- • Own and evolve product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions by conducting customer and market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and distilling complex product features into clear, differentiated narratives that resonate with target buyer personas and support long-term brand positioning.
- • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new feature launches, product updates, and portfolio expansions, including defining launch timelines, identifying target audiences, selecting channels, and coordinating with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact on adoption and pipeline.
- • Develop compelling customer-facing content such as website copy, sales decks, product pages, email campaigns, and launch materials that translate technical and AI-powered capabilities into benefit-driven language, using storytelling techniques to engage stakeholders and drive conversion across the buyer journey.
- • Translate technical and AI-powered product capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value by working closely with Product and Engineering to understand underlying functionality, then crafting messaging that highlights outcomes, ROI, and unique advantages over alternatives in a way that is accessible to non-technical audiences.
- • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on roadmap priorities, ensure messaging consistency, and co-create enablement assets; participate in product reviews, sprint planning, and launch readiness meetings to maintain alignment and responsiveness to evolving priorities.
- • Support Sales with training materials, battlecards, objection handling guides, and enablement assets that equip reps to effectively communicate value, differentiate from competitors, and navigate complex sales cycles; conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to improve win rates and deal velocity.
- • Conduct ongoing competitive and market research to monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer sentiment; use insights to refine messaging, identify gaps in the market, and inform strategic decisions around product evolution and GTM approach.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in Product Marketing within a SaaS environment, with a demonstrated ability to own both strategy and execution of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for B2B technology products.
- • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills, with a track record of producing high-quality customer-facing content such as website copy, sales decks, and launch materials that clearly articulate complex value propositions.
- • Experience collaborating closely with Product and Sales teams to align roadmap, messaging, and enablement, including participation in cross-functional planning and launch readiness activities.
- • Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and proven experience working with US- or UK-based companies; candidates without this background will not be considered.
