- • Own the full marketing surface for Viktor — including launches, campaigns, newsletters, website content, social presence, events, PR, and partner communications — ensuring every piece of external messaging is cohesive, high-quality, and on-brand.
- • Run end-to-end product and partnership launches: define narrative, create assets, sequence channels, coordinate across product and growth teams, and ensure market visibility with measurable impact.
- • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to live execution, collaborating with the growth team on paid channels and the Creative Director on creative assets while maintaining consistent brand voice and quality.
- • Own the editorial calendar and production of newsletters and lifecycle content: brief, edit, approve, and ship all communications with clear conversion goals, working closely with growth on behavioral triggers and metrics.
- • Drive continuous improvement of the website — homepage, product pages, pricing, and landing pages — not just briefing, but owning iteration, quality control, and shipping updates without delay.
- • Commission, edit, and produce customer stories and thought leadership content that earns attention and differentiates Viktor from competitors; kill low-impact work ruthlessly.
- • Define and enforce brand consistency across all external touchpoints in partnership with the Creative Director; know when content is on-brand or generic, and articulate why it needs to change.
- • Manage Viktor’s social and external presence: craft or brief founder posts, company channels, and narrative framing around AI coworkers; coordinate timing, tone, and distribution across platforms.
- • Own all events, PR, and analyst relations — from research and vendor selection to logistics, briefing, and follow-through — ensuring nothing slips on launch day and messaging remains tight and deliberate.
- • Build and operationalize the marketing function from scratch: establish systems like launch trackers, editorial calendars, and campaign queues that the team trusts and relies on — not memory or ad-hoc processes.
- • Ship daily: work at the speed of the company — one day may involve a launch, a newsletter, ad creative revisions, and an event coordination; prioritize relentlessly and deliver without excuse.
- • Measure success by output and impact: judge by what shipped this week, how it landed in the market, and whether Viktor’s positioning is clearer and louder than it was a month ago.
- • Work in close partnership with the growth team — they own funnel mechanics, you own the marketing motion around it — ensuring clear separation of responsibilities and eliminating overlap or bottlenecks.
- • Hire and scale the marketing function within six months: identify the first hires — writer, designer, content lead, lifecycle marketer — based on where the work demands expansion.
- • Use Viktor daily as your primary workflow tool, not just as a demo, to deeply understand the product and advocate for its value in every piece of marketing output.
- • Operate with high velocity and low ego: be wrong often, iterate quickly, defend ideas only by their performance, and change direction when data or feedback demands it.
- • Deliver a step-change in Viktor’s market presence within two quarters — making the company unmistakably audible, credible, and distinctive in the crowded AI coworker category.
