- • As a Paid Search Specialist at Tinuiti, you will execute and optimize Paid Search and Shopping campaigns to drive efficient client growth, leveraging data and automation to reduce waste and scale what works.
- • Day to day, you will build, launch, and maintain campaign structures aligned to client objectives; prepare performance updates for QBRs; operate platform tooling like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360/Skai; apply automation and Bliss Point insights; monitor performance; build reports; run A/B tests; execute tagging and feed QA; and partner with Analytics, Creative, and Client Leads within your Pod.
- • Tinuiti is the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., managing $4 billion in digital media with over 1,200 employees, uniting media and measurement under one roof through proprietary technology like Bliss Point to eliminate waste and scale growth.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in paid search execution, data-driven optimization, cross-channel collaboration, and product-led automation, while growing your ability to own outcomes end-to-end, refine workflows, and contribute to measurable client and agency growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3 years of experience executing and managing Paid Search/Shopping campaigns with monthly budgets of $50K+
- • Platform fluency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, and SA360 or Skai
- • Proficiency in GA/GA4 and advanced Excel/Sheets (pivots, lookups) to create performance narratives and basic test readouts
- • Google Search & Shopping certification (or commitment to obtain within first 60 days)
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear status updates and cross-functional collaboration in a Pod environment
