- • As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Wrapbook, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and scalability of the company’s marketing technology stack and go-to-market operations, directly supporting revenue growth by enabling data-driven, efficient campaign execution across Marketo and Salesforce.
- • You will own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, troubleshoot system and data issues, maintain data hygiene and attribution integrity, and partner with senior stakeholders to automate and scale marketing processes—laying the foundation for long-term operational excellence in a fast-growing RevOps environment.
- • Wrapbook’s Marketing Operations team operates within a matured go-to-market function, collaborating closely with Demand Gen, Sales, and RevOps to build trustworthy data pipelines and scalable workflows that power insights and performance reporting across the organization.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in marketing automation, data enrichment, and attribution modeling while gaining hands-on experience in process design, AI-assisted workflow optimization, and cross-functional systems thinking—positioning you to evolve from execution to ownership of marketing infrastructure.
- • You will build and maintain programmatic enrichment workflows using Clay, enforce data standards, proactively audit for inconsistencies, and ensure clean attribution across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps—directly impacting the quality of reporting and decision-making.
- • By partnering with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will translate business requirements into repeatable, documented, and automated processes, reduce manual effort through AI-assisted QA and enrichment, and continuously identify opportunities to strengthen system resilience and operational efficiency.
- • Your work will support ABGTM (Account-Based Go-to-Market) motions by implementing precise segmentation, account signals, and targeting logic, ensuring marketing efforts are both scalable and highly targeted.
- • You will exercise independent judgment, adapt to evolving priorities, and apply a systems-first mindset to anticipate edge cases and failure modes—driving improvements in execution speed, accuracy, and scalability.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a technical go-to-market (GTM) role
- • Hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce in a production environment (required)
- • Experience using enrichment platforms, with strong preference for Clay
- • Strong execution discipline with a proven track record of building and scaling marketing campaigns accurately
- • Comfort working deeply with data, including segmentation logic, attribution dependencies, and system integrations
- • A systems-first mindset—thinking in workflows, edge cases, and failure modes
- • Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and adapt approaches to solve new problems
