  • As an Ingénieur Support Clients / Field Service Engineer (H-F) for the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, you will be a crucial link between QuidelOrtho's advanced diagnostic solutions and the laboratories that rely on them.
  • Your primary responsibility will be the successful implementation and validation of QuidelOrtho systems within client laboratories, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • This involves executing technical validations according to stringent internal QuidelOrtho processes, providing comprehensive customer training, and overseeing connection validations and method validations until the "Authorization to Start Routine Use" is officially signed off.
  • You will be the go-to expert for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our cutting-edge laboratory equipment.
  • A significant part of your role will involve performing preventive, curative, and proactive maintenance on the range of laboratory equipment commercialized by QuidelOrtho.
  • This maintenance must strictly adhere to the company's Quality and Safety standards, as well as meeting assigned performance objectives.
  • Your technical expertise will be vital in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise, minimizing downtime and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • You will provide ongoing technical and scientific support, including remote monitoring, for the clients under your responsibility, aligning with annual objectives.
  • This proactive approach ensures that clients are maximizing the potential of their QuidelOrtho systems and are aware of any potential improvements or updates.
  • Beyond technical duties, you will manage administrative and organizational tasks related to your field activities.
  • This includes managing your stock of spare parts, accurately recording and tracking all service interventions, preparing detailed technical reports, and maintaining close follow-up with clients.
  • Effective administrative management ensures efficient service delivery and provides valuable data for internal analysis and improvement.
  • You will play a key role in market intelligence by relaying any commercial information related to clients or competitors to the relevant departments and personnel, such as the Regional Director, Sales Engineer, or Product Marketing Manager.
  • Your insights from the field are invaluable for shaping our commercial strategies and product development.
  • Organizing your interventions and schedule efficiently is paramount to meeting client expectations while adhering to the company's commercial policy.
  • This requires excellent time management and logistical planning skills to cover your designated region effectively.
  • You will collaborate closely with the Hotline team to support the vigilance process and manage customer complaints.
  • This involves diagnosing and identifying complaints during client visits and conducting on-site investigations under the responsibility of the Regulatory Affairs Department, ensuring adequate reporting for all issues.
  • Your contribution to complaint resolution is critical for maintaining customer trust and product quality.
  • To ensure continuous support for our clients, you will participate in a rotation for weekend on-call duties, providing essential emergency support when needed.
