📋 Description
- • As an Integrated Producer at OpenAI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how groundbreaking AI innovations are communicated to the world, ensuring that the company’s mission to benefit all of humanity is conveyed through compelling, human-centered storytelling across global campaigns.
- • You will build and scale OpenAI’s creative production capabilities from the ground up, establishing scalable processes, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing end-to-end campaign execution to support the organization’s ambitious growth and global impact goals.
- • Day to day, you will lead integrated campaign strategy by collaborating with Strategy, Business, Product, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- • You will drive cross-functional collaboration by partnering with Product, Product Marketing, Business Marketing, Communications, Global Affairs, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery.
- • You will manage end-to-end campaign execution, owning the full lifecycle from brief and conceptual development through launch, optimization, and post-launch analysis.
- • You will establish production processes and best practices that enable seamless, scalable execution of integrated campaigns across global markets.
- • You will oversee localization and adaptation of content, messaging, and creative assets to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness in diverse international markets.
- • You will identify, onboard, and manage production vendors and agencies while maintaining rigorous budget stewardship and financial accountability.
- • You will partner with a mission-driven team at OpenAI that operates at the frontier of AI innovation, where creativity and technical excellence converge to shape the future of technology.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in marketing and advertising, with at least 3 years focused on integrated or campaign-driven roles.
- • Proven success managing cross-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and events, with strong understanding of content marketing, customer journey mapping, and lead generation.
- • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results using data-driven approaches and analytics tools.
