  • • As a Growth Marketing Associate Manager, CRM & Lifecycle at Ridealso Inc., you will own and scale the email and SMS engine that guides customers from initial discovery through test ride booking, purchase, and long-term ownership—directly impacting customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value in a mission-driven electric mobility startup.
  • • You will design, build, and optimize end-to-end lifecycle flows including Welcome, Consideration Nurture, Test Ride Booking, Post-Test Ride, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint is personalized, on-brand, and data-informed to move prospects and customers through the funnel.
  • • You will establish and maintain a sophisticated segmentation framework that delivers the right message to the right person at the right time, leveraging behavioral triggers and customer journey stages to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • • You will partner closely with paid media, brand creative, and retail teams to align lifecycle messaging with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and amplification across all customer touchpoints from awareness to advocacy.
  • • You will manage the CRM production calendar and sprint process in Asana, translating cross-functional requests into prioritized tickets with clear timelines, owning QA, deployment, and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • • You will lead a structured A/B testing cadence on subject lines, send times, content, and CTAs, turning insights into a living CRM playbook that evolves with customer behavior and business goals.
  • • You will report weekly on owned channel performance—including open rates, CTR, test ride conversion, and revenue attribution—providing actionable insights and a concrete roadmap for optimization to leadership and stakeholders.
  • • You will operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment where you’re expected to build from scratch, make decisions with imperfect data, and create processes where none exist—embodying the startup DNA that drives innovation at ALSO.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–6 years of hands-on lifecycle and email marketing experience at a DTC or consumer brand, with proven ownership of full-funnel programs and measurable impact on conversion or customer lifetime value (LTV), not just campaign execution.
  • • Deep proficiency in Klaviyo or a comparable ESP (such as Braze or Iterable), including experience building complex automation flows, managing advanced segmentation logic, and distinguishing between broadcast and behavioral trigger-based campaigns.
  • • Demonstrated startup mindset: ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, build systems from scratch, make decisions with incomplete data, and take initiative without waiting for established playbooks.
  • • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills—comfortable writing compelling subject lines, briefing creative agencies, presenting performance data to leadership, and using tools like Asana to unblock campaigns and keep projects on track.
