📋 Description

• Content Moderator (night shifts) role at Agen, a technology company building a social discovery product for older adults, focused on creating meaningful connections and improving lives through community engagement.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to user complaints using scripts, collaborating with support and other teams to resolve cases, moderating photo and text content, working with anti-fraud systems, and participating in process improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
