- • As a Content & Personal Brand Manager at Toogeza Technologies Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the personal brand of a high-performing athlete and entrepreneur in the fitness and wellness space, directly contributing to the growth of digital products, online coaching initiatives, and social media presence that empower individuals to achieve their health and lifestyle goals.
- • You will own and drive social media growth on Instagram by planning and executing a strategic content calendar, generating creative ideas for Reels, posts, and stories, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing trends, and continuously optimizing content to increase reach, engagement, and audience retention.
- • You will support the launch and scaling of digital products and online programs by assisting in structuring program content, mapping user journeys, coordinating with developers and designers, tracking feedback and results, and helping systematize insights to improve client acquisition and program delivery.
- • You will research and initiate collaborations, partnerships, and ambassador opportunities, communicate with brands and partners, support the preparation of presentations and promotional materials, and identify relevant events, competitions, and visibility platforms to amplify the personal brand’s reach and credibility.
- • You will conduct market and competitor research, support the coordination of external specialists such as coaches, nutritionists, and designers, help organize and structure new initiatives, ensure tasks are prioritized and tracked, and maintain operational clarity across all ongoing projects to enable timely and efficient execution.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in personal branding, digital product launches, and social media strategy within the fast-growing fitness and wellness niche, while gaining hands-on experience in cross-functional coordination, project management, and data-informed decision-making that will significantly enhance your professional growth and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4+ years of experience in Brand/Content, Social Media, or Marketing roles
- • Hands-on experience with Instagram: content planning, formats (Reels, posts, stories), and content workflows
- • Understanding of how to grow and engage an audience through content (trends, formats, consistency)
- • Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
- • Experience working with digital products, online programs, or content-based projects
- • Experience coordinating external specialists (designers, developers, etc.)
- • Strong organizational skills: ability to structure tasks, timelines, and processes
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things on track
- • Strong research skills: ability to analyze competitors, trends, and identify ideas for growth
- • Proactive and hands-on approach, with ownership of tasks and initiatives
- • Confident use of Google Docs/Sheets; Canva or similar tools is a plus
