- • Own and expand Zilliz’s New York Metro territory as the primary Enterprise Account Executive, carrying a multi-million-dollar annual quota and driving the full sales cycle from first touch to signature and expansion.
- • Proactively prospect into Fortune 1000 enterprises, AI-first start-ups, and cloud-native companies by combining outbound email sequences, social selling, executive cold-calling, and attendance at industry events; you will source 60-70 % of your own pipeline.
- • Partner daily with Marketing, SDRs, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success to convert inbound MQLs into qualified opportunities, craft account-based campaigns, and ensure every prospect receives a seamless, white-glove experience that positions Zilliz as the strategic data platform for AI.
- • Run deep discovery workshops with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data Science, and VP-level buyers to surface high-impact use-cases—real-time recommendation engines, generative-AI retrieval, fraud detection, and computer-vision similarity search—then quantify ROI and build a compelling business case using MEDDIC and solution-selling frameworks.
- • Orchestrate complex proof-of-value pilots, coordinate technical deep-dives, and lead security, compliance, and procurement negotiations to close new logos with an average contract value of $250 K–$1 M+.
- • Evangelize the unique advantages of Zilliz Cloud and the open-source Milvus vector database at conferences, webinars, and customer councils, turning early adopters into vocal champions who accelerate expansion and provide reference stories.
- • Maintain a hyper-accurate 90-day rolling forecast in Salesforce; deliver weekly commit/best-case updates to leadership and continuously refine pipeline health through disciplined deal inspection and mutual action plans.
- • Drive post-sale adoption and expansion within your install base—identify new workloads, cross-sell premium features, and negotiate multi-year renewals that grow net-revenue retention well above 120 %.
- • Act as the voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering, translating market feedback into roadmap priorities that keep Zilliz two steps ahead of competitors in the rapidly evolving AI/ML infrastructure space.
- • Model a culture of curiosity and resilience inside the NYC hub: mentor junior reps, share winning plays, and champion diversity of thought so the entire go-to-market organization levels up quarter after quarter.
