- • As a Content Producer & YouTube Growth Strategist at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will lead the podcast and video marketing engine, driving audience growth and engagement for fast-growing global companies through strategic content creation and distribution.
- • Day to day, you will lead end-to-end podcast production including guest outreach, scheduling, recording coordination, and follow-ups; drive YouTube growth via channel-first strategies focused on discoverability, watch time, and retention; oversee post-production with editors and designers; manage cross-platform repurposing (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram); create visual assets and promotional content; write and distribute newsletters; optimize WordPress content for SEO; monitor video/podcast metrics to refine strategy; engage audiences across platforms; use HubSpot for audience management and automation; and develop educational content like tutorials and onboarding videos.
- • You will join a remote-first team at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., working with fast-growing global companies while building a long-term remote career, reporting directly to Executive Leadership and collaborating with editors, designers, and marketing stakeholders.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in content strategy, YouTube algorithm optimization, cross-platform distribution, and performance analytics; gain hands-on experience with HubSpot, Adobe Suite, and WordPress; and develop leadership in scaling owned media channels for B2B audiences.

- • Proven experience in content marketing, podcast production, or social-led video strategy
- • Strong track record growing YouTube channels and social audiences through data-backed experimentation
- • Ability to manage multiple projects, workflows, and stakeholders remotely
- • Skilled with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, and podcast hosting platforms
- • Working knowledge of SEO, video analytics, and content distribution best practices
- • Strong communicator with a creative, performance-driven mindset
