Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end content lifecycle for category-defining brands like MasterClass, Notion, and BetterUp—translating ambitious growth targets into editorial roadmaps that drive millions in incremental revenue.
- • Research, scope, and craft data-driven Content Briefs that balance search intent, brand voice, and conversion psychology; each brief you ship becomes the single source of truth for writers, designers, engineers, and executive stakeholders.
- • Build and maintain a living content calendar that orchestrates ideation, production, publication, and distribution across blog, resource hub, email, social, and product-led channels—ensuring every asset ships on time and ladders up to quarterly OKRs.
- • Provide hands-on editorial, creative, and technical support to a cross-functional squad of Growth Leads, SEO strategists, product marketers, and freelance creators—reviewing drafts, optimizing on-page elements, and iterating based on real-time performance data.
- • Write and refine SEO-first copy that ranks on page one, delights human readers, and nudges them toward high-value actions; balance keyword placement with storytelling craft so every paragraph feels native to the brand and irresistible to the algorithm.
- • Monitor competitor content ecosystems and surface whitespace opportunities—delivering concise, actionable insights that keep our clients two steps ahead in SERPs, social feeds, and in-product experiences.
- • Champion continuous improvement by A/B testing headlines, CTAs, and content formats; synthesize learnings into playbooks that scale across the entire Graphite portfolio.
- • Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure every visual, interactive, or video asset complements the written narrative—creating cohesive journeys that turn first clicks into long-term customer lifetime value.
- • Stay on the bleeding edge of Google algorithm updates, SERP feature changes, and AI-driven content trends—translating complex technical shifts into plain-English recommendations that the whole company can act on quickly.
- • Embrace radical ownership: from the first keyword brainstorm to the final performance report, you treat every piece of content as if it carries your personal signature—and you measure success by the revenue it generates, not the word count it produces.
- • Thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous culture that spans North America, Latin America, and Europe; master tools like Notion, Slack, and Asana to keep collaboration seamless across time zones and continents.
- • Contribute to Graphite’s internal knowledge base—documenting processes, templates, and SOPs so the next generation of Content Specialists can level up faster than you did.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a STEM field.
- • Demonstrated ability to create, publish, and optimize high-impact content that meets or exceeds aggressive traffic and revenue KPIs.
- • Expert command of SEO best practices—keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, schema markup, and content refresh cycles.
- • Native-level English written and verbal communication skills with an obsessive eye for grammar, tone, and brand consistency.
- • Highly computer-literate: comfortable in HTML/CSS, Google Workspace, content management systems, and at least one major SEO tool (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Clearscope).
- • Nice-to-have: experience scaling content programs for SaaS, marketplace, or ed-tech companies; familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Autonomy-first culture: set your own schedule, choose your ideal workspace, and own outcomes—not hours.
- • Competitive compensation benchmarked against the top 10% of the global market for content roles.
- • Flexible PTO policy—take the time you need to recharge, travel, or pursue passion projects without guilt or red tape.
- • Premium healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision) for you and eligible dependents, plus annual education stipends and conference allowances.
- • Fully remote setup stipend: latest MacBook, ergonomic gear, and co-working budget so your home office rivals any Silicon Valley HQ.
