📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly creative and strategically-minded Content Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic global marketing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a leading brand in the Web3 and cryptocurrency space.
• In this pivotal role, you will be the primary voice of our brand, tasked with crafting compelling narratives and engaging content that deeply resonates with the vibrant and ever-evolving cryptocurrency community. Your mission will be to build and maintain a strong, consistent, and influential brand presence across all digital touchpoints.
• You will own the entire content production lifecycle, from conceptualizing high-level strategic visions and developing captivating brand stories to meticulously executing social media engagement plans and ensuring brand consistency.
• Your responsibilities will encompass leading the planning, drafting, and strategic distribution of high-quality brand content. This includes developing a cohesive brand image and ensuring it is consistently communicated across all platforms to foster a strong and engaging brand identity.
• You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive content strategies tailored for a multi-channel approach. This involves creating impactful content for our official websites, diverse social media platforms, active community groups, and strategic PR channels, all aimed at significantly boosting brand exposure and fostering user retention.
• A key aspect of your role will be to stay ahead of the curve by diligently monitoring industry trends, identifying emerging market "hot topics," and leveraging this insight to produce timely and relevant brand stories, in-depth industry analyses, and detailed technical articles that position us as thought leaders.
• You will take ownership of our social media presence, overseeing content planning, scheduling, and direct community interaction across major global platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord. Your engagement will be crucial in nurturing our online communities.
• Collaboration will be at the heart of your work. You will partner closely with our Design, Marketing, PR, and Product teams to drive the creation of compelling multimedia output. This includes conceptualizing and overseeing the production of engaging short-form videos, informative infographics, and in-depth long-form articles that cater to various audience segments.
• You will employ a data-driven approach to content optimization. This involves meticulously analyzing content performance metrics, tracking key engagement indicators, and gathering user feedback to continuously iterate on content strategies, thereby maximizing engagement and improving return on investment (ROI).
• You will play a supporting role in major brand initiatives, contributing content expertise to events such as Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, strategic partnership announcements, and crucial PR campaigns, ensuring our messaging is clear and impactful.
• This role requires a proactive individual who can translate complex technical concepts within the blockchain and cryptocurrency space into clear, accessible, and engaging content for a diverse audience, ranging from seasoned crypto enthusiasts to newcomers.
• You will be responsible for maintaining brand voice and tone consistency across all content, ensuring that our communication is always professional, informative, and aligned with our brand values.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• You will contribute to the overall marketing strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on content performance and market trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in brand content or content marketing, with a strong preference for experience within the Cryptocurrency or Fintech sectors.
• A deep and demonstrable understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, cryptocurrency markets, and a keen sensitivity to current industry dynamics and trends.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible, and high-impact content for various audiences.
• Proven track record of managing and growing social media communities across platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord, including implementing effective engagement and growth strategies.
• Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is essential for managing bilingual content production and communication.
