đź“‹ Description
- • As a Content Strategist at Cyngn, you will shape the end-to-end messaging and content system for the company’s autonomous industrial vehicles, ensuring that every customer touchpoint communicates a clear, consistent, and outcome-focused story that addresses real-world labor shortages in manufacturing and distribution.
- • Day to day, you will establish the messaging architecture, develop and produce content assets aligned with buyer journey stages, train the sales team on new messaging frameworks, and document operational workflows to ensure long-term channel alignment after the 6–12-month contract engagement concludes.
- • Cyngn is a publicly traded autonomous technology company based in Mountain View, CA, deploying self-driving industrial tuggers to factories and warehouses across North America. Despite having under 100 employees, the company combines the agility of a startup with the stability and equity liquidity of a public company, fostering a collaborative, diverse, and mission-driven culture.
- • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience building a scalable content system from scratch in a high-impact industrial tech environment, sharpen your ability to align messaging with technical product value, and leave behind a documented, transferable framework that continues to drive sales and marketing effectiveness beyond your engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Messaging Architect, or similar role in B2B or technical industries
- • Ability to develop end-to-end content systems including messaging frameworks, asset creation, and team enablement
- • Experience training sales or go-to-market teams on new messaging and ensuring adoption
- • Strong skills in documenting operational workflows and creating handoff-ready systems for long-term use
- • Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity, consistency, and customer-centric storytelling
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote work arrangement within the United States
- • Opportunity to work with a publicly traded company while enjoying startup-like agility and close team collaboration
- • Chance to make tangible impact by shaping messaging for deployed autonomous vehicles solving real labor shortages
- • Access to work with a diverse, welcoming team of sharp thinkers and kind humans in a trust-driven culture
- • Deliverables-based engagement ideal for senior practitioners seeking to scope, ship, and hand off a focused body of work

About Cyanogen Inc.
Cyanogen Inc. develops autonomous driving software and modular industrial vehicles. Its DriveMod kit retrofits stock vehicles—forklifts, tow tractors, stockchasers—with AI perception, path planning, and fleet-management tools, enabling driverless material handling in warehouses and manufacturing plants. The company offers vehicles-as-a-service, remote monitoring, analytics dashboards, and integration APIs for warehouse management systems. Founded in 2013 as Cyngn, the firm pivoted from mobile operating systems to robotics and went public on Nasdaq in 2021. Headquartered in San Francisco with R&D in Silicon Valley, it serves logistics, automotive, and e-commerce customers seeking flexible, scalable automation without replacing existing fleets.
