- • Join Movement Strategy as a Content Tagger on a part-time, contract basis and become the invisible architect behind the discoverability of award-winning social-first campaigns for brands like Netflix, HBO Max, and Amazon Prime Video. You will own the metadata layer that powers algorithmic reach, paid-media efficiency, and cross-platform searchability across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and emerging channels.
- • Every day you will ingest raw creative assets—short-form videos, static images, GIFs, Stories, Reels, and live-stream clips—and apply a rigorous taxonomy of tags, keywords, alt-text, and semantic descriptors that map to both platform-specific taxonomies (e.g., TikTok SEO, YouTube hashtags) and Movement Strategy’s proprietary performance framework. Your tags directly influence how content surfaces in “For You” feeds, Google Video search, and paid-look-alike audiences.
- • You will collaborate with strategists, editors, and paid-media buyers to translate campaign objectives into tagging strategies: Are we optimizing for binge intent, cultural relevance, or conversion? You will then build and maintain dynamic tag libraries that can be A/B tested and scaled across multiple markets, languages, and cultural moments.
- • Quality control is paramount. You will audit existing libraries for accuracy, recency, and inclusivity—removing outdated slang, flagging culturally insensitive terms, and adding alt-text that meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards. You will also monitor real-time performance dashboards to identify under-performing tags and recommend iterative improvements.
- • The role is fully remote, with core collaboration hours anchored to Los Angeles, New York, or Denver time zones. Expect 15–20 hours per week, with surges during tent-pole campaign launches. You will participate in weekly 30-minute stand-ups, monthly tag-health reviews, and quarterly training sessions on new platform features and cultural insights.
- • Beyond tagging, you will contribute to Movement Strategy’s DEI commitments by ensuring metadata reflects inclusive language and diverse perspectives. You will also help pilot new AI-assisted tagging tools, providing human oversight to maintain brand safety and cultural nuance.
