We are now entering a pivotal phase of hypergrowth and are seeking a world-class Director of Demand Generation to architect and implement a scalable marketing engine that will fuel our next stage of expansion.
  • • This critical leadership role is designed to drive revenue acceleration, cultivate enterprise pipeline, and solidify our position as a category leader in the burgeoning field of voice AI agents. The Director of Demand Generation will be instrumental in defining and executing the overarching vision for our entire marketing funnel, directly contributing to the achievement of aggressive revenue targets. This is an opportunity to build a foundational marketing function within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, leveraging cutting-edge technology and a passionate team.
  • • In the first 30 days, the successful candidate will conduct a thorough audit of our current funnel performance, meticulously examining pipeline sources, customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency, and existing attribution models. This will involve close collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership to ensure alignment on revenue targets and the prioritization of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). A comprehensive assessment of our Account-Based Experience (ABX) motion, marketing automation stack (specifically HubSpot), and CRM system (Salesforce) will also be undertaken, alongside an evaluation of current campaign performance. The primary objective during this initial period will be to identify immediate opportunities for pipeline acceleration.
  • • Over the next 60 days, the focus will shift to strategy implementation. A refined and comprehensive demand generation strategy, meticulously aligned with our revenue expansion goals, will be launched. This will include the implementation or optimization of robust Account-Based Experience (ABX) programs specifically designed to target and engage enterprise accounts. The Director will also be responsible for building structured marketing dashboards that provide clear visibility into key metrics such as pipeline creation, conversion rates, CAC, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV). Concurrently, the groundwork will be laid for scaling the team structure across digital marketing, content creation, lifecycle marketing, and event management.
  • • By the 90-day mark, the expectation is to demonstrate measurable pipeline growth that directly supports our quarterly revenue targets. This will be achieved through the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns spanning paid digital advertising, compelling content marketing, engaging webinars, and impactful industry events. A key initiative will be the operationalization of AI-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) workflows, incorporating intent signals, data enrichment tools (such as Clay), and advanced campaign automation. Ultimately, the goal is to establish marketing as a predictable, data-driven revenue engine for Vapi Technologies Inc., consistently delivering high-quality leads and contributing significantly to the company's growth trajectory.
  • • This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in building and scaling demand generation functions within high-growth environments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing to technical audiences, including developer platforms and API-first companies. A strong executive presence, coupled with the ability to present effectively to C-suite and board-level stakeholders, is essential. Proficiency in ABX strategies, marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and sophisticated funnel analytics is a must. The candidate should also be adept at leveraging AI-driven GTM tooling for intent-based targeting, data enrichment, and workflow automation. Furthermore, a demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing, results-oriented marketing teams will be critical to success in this role.
