📋 Description
- • Contract Events Coordinator role at Business Insider, Inc. (Bisnow) supporting the commercial real estate industry through event execution in London and occasional travel to Ireland and the Netherlands.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with partial-day and full-day events several times a month, coordinating logistics, supporting on-site event operations, and ensuring smooth execution of Bisnow’s award-winning events.
- • Bisnow is a leading B2B media platform with 1.7M+ subscribers and 400+ annual events across 47 markets in the U.S., Canada, UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands, connecting CRE professionals through news, events, marketing, recruiting, and sales enablement.
- • The role offers hands-on experience in event management within a fast-paced, global media environment, providing opportunities to develop logistics, coordination, and stakeholder management skills while contributing to events that drive real business results in commercial real estate.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must be local to the London area and available for partial-day and full-day events several times a month
- • Ability to travel to other markets such as Ireland and the Netherlands is highly desired
- • Open to accompanying Bisnow for events in different locations
- • Reliable and able to commit to a pre-provided event calendar with advance notice of UK event dates
