- • As a Contract Manager at ElevenLabs, you will play a critical role in enabling the company’s rapid growth by managing commercial contracts that support its AI-powered platforms—ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI—while ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation across global operations.
- • You will negotiate, review, manage, and track a high volume of customer and vendor agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and amendments, maintaining accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment where impact matters more than titles.
- • You will maintain contract records and reporting through CLM systems and DocuSign, ensuring proper documentation, version control, and accessibility for cross-functional teams while supporting template and playbook updates to standardize contracting processes.
- • You will act as a key point of contact for the legal department, coordinating with sales, product, engineering, and operations teams during contract review, providing guidance on commonly requested edits, non-standard terms, and policy questions to enable smooth deal execution.
- • You will support the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing use of new legal tech tools and products, contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability as ElevenLabs expands its global footprint.
- • You will assist with corporate and IP filings, including maintaining records for U.S. and international subsidiaries such as board minutes, resolutions, and signatory updates, and participate in special projects like corporate diligence, litigation support, and compliance rollouts.
- • You will collaborate closely with a globally distributed, high-trust team that values autonomy, curiosity, and excellence, working in an AI-first culture where your contributions directly impact the company’s mission to transform how humans interact with technology.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience as a contract manager or paralegal, preferably in-house at a technology or SaaS company
- • Proficiency with CLM tools such as Ironclad, Salesforce, Asana, or DocuSign, or similar contract management systems
- • Strong understanding of contract management, corporate governance, and experience supporting GTM/Sales organizations with complex legal requests
