• • Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating service contract renewals with commercial terms and conditions to customers, tracking delivery of renewal communications, maintaining accurate data in SAP CRM systems, updating required documentation, escalating unresponsive cases, and collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracts teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.
