• • The Contracts & Budgets Associate supports Precision Medicine Group’s expansion across Latin America and globally by managing regional study budgets and legal agreements tied to clinical research protocols.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and negotiating global study budgets, reviewing and drafting confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendments, coordinating contract execution, maintaining contract databases, and escalating contractual issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• • The role operates within a fast-paced, global Clinical Operations team environment, contributing to timely study deliverables through precise contract management and adherence to company policies and industry standards.
• • The associate will develop expertise in clinical trial contracting, budget negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration in a virtual setting, gaining experience in regulatory-compliant processes across multiple Latin American markets while building professional judgment and stakeholder management skills.
