- • The Contracts and Proposals Associate plays a critical role in supporting Medable’s mission to accelerate clinical research by developing accurate proposals, budgets, and contracts that enable seamless collaboration between patients, providers, and sponsors in clinical trials.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing proposals and budgets in response to customer RFPs, maintaining accurate data in Salesforce (SFDC), liaising with Legal on contracts and compliance documents, supporting contract review and execution, and coordinating with customers to secure signatures for forecasting accuracy.
- • The role sits within a mission-driven, collaborative team at Medable, a cloud-based platform company dedicated to advancing healthcare innovation through partnerships with life sciences organizations, CROs, and pharmaceutical sponsors.
- • This position offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in contract lifecycle management, Salesforce administration, and cross-functional collaboration within the clinical trials ecosystem, while building skills in negotiation, compliance, and sales support.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficient in the use of Salesforce (SFDC)
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • 2+ years of experience in sales, proposals, or contracts within clinical or eClinical environments
- • Bachelor’s degree in Legal, life science, pharmacy, business administration, or a related field
- • Experience creating contracts and negotiation skills (preferred)
- • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry (preferred)
