- • As a Contracts Manager at PFM Asset Management, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s expansion across Latin America and globally by managing the full lifecycle of legal agreements essential to clinical and operational success.
- • Day to day, you will review, draft, negotiate, and track a variety of contracts including confidentiality agreements, master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, and clinical study agreements, while collaborating closely with Clinical Operations teams to ensure alignment with study timelines.
- • You will work within a growing Contracts organization that supports precision medicine initiatives across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, contributing to scalable processes that uphold compliance and operational efficiency.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in contract lifecycle management, gain experience in cross-functional stakeholder engagement within clinical research environments, and strengthen your ability to design and implement contracting policies that improve timeliness and reduce risk.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific, healthcare, legal, or business administration discipline.
- • At least 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations.
- • Proven experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors to ensure contractual deliverables align with study timelines.
- • Strong organizational and written communication skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
- • Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications, coupled with a proactive, detail-oriented work style and high degree of professionalism.
