  • • As a Contracts Manager at Precision Medicine Group, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s expansion across Latin America and globally by managing the full lifecycle of legal agreements essential to clinical trial operations.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of contracts such as confidentiality agreements, master services agreements, site contracts, consulting agreements, vendor agreements, and clinical study agreements, while ensuring alignment with study timelines and company policies.
  • • You will work closely with Clinical Operations study teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to resolve contractual issues, track contract metrics, maintain contract databases, and support the timely execution of agreements.
  • • The Contracts organization is a key enabler of Precision Medicine Group’s mission to accelerate clinical research, and you will contribute to process improvements, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in healthcare and clinical trial contracting, build strong stakeholder relationships, and develop leadership skills in contract management within a growing global organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of a 4-year college degree, with preferred background in law, scientific fields, or business administration.
  • • At least 5 years of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations.
  • • Proven experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors in a clinical research or healthcare setting.
  • • Strong organizational, written communication, and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • • Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications, with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • • Knowledge of contracting plans for CTA and budget negotiations, and experience supporting study timelines through effective coordination with CRAs and startup associates.
