  • • As the first in-house finance hire at AeroVect Inc., you will own the accounting function end-to-end and build it from the ground up, playing a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to transform ground handling with autonomy.
  • • You will drive the full monthly and annual close process, prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements for board and investor reporting, manage intercompany transactions across US, UK, and Canadian entities, and own revenue recognition for a mixed hardware and software business with recurring revenue streams.
  • • You will manage hardware COGS accounting including inventory, BOM costing, and depreciation, evaluate and implement a modern ERP and finance tools, build automated workflows for close and reporting, coordinate with external tax advisors for multi-jurisdiction compliance, manage debt facility reporting, establish internal controls, and prepare for external audit readiness.
