📋 Description

• • As Associate Director, Credit Risk Operations (Card) at Airwallex, you will lead the strategy and execution of credit risk management for the company’s emerging charge and credit card products, ensuring scalable, data-driven underwriting and portfolio oversight.
• • You will own day-to-day operations including underwriting, limit setting, monitoring, collections interface, and portfolio health tracking, while managing and developing a small team of credit risk analysts and underwriters.
• • You will partner closely with Risk Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Compliance teams to shape risk rules, models, and tooling, and support new market and product launches with operational readiness and clear playbooks.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global card risk ecosystems, influence policy evolution, leverage data and analytics to improve loss performance and capital efficiency, and grow as a leader in building the future of global payments infrastructure at a rapidly scaling fintech.
