- • As a Care Expert at Alan, you will be the trusted guide for members, transforming their healthcare requests into delightful experiences by providing meaningful solutions, swift responses, accurate information, and transparent guidance.
- • You will spend 80% of your time delivering exceptional member support across email, chat, and phone (call-back only), and 20% leading innovative Care projects tailored to your expertise, such as designing member empowerment initiatives or improving team structures.
- • Alan is a vertically integrated health partner uniting insurance and smart healthcare delivery, serving over 950K+ members across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada, with a mission to make prevention the new norm of care and help people live in good health to 100.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in the French healthcare system and B2B partner needs, drive process excellence, lead cross-functional projects, guide fellow team members, and grow through Alan’s coaching culture and distributed ownership model.
